Living in the American south, it can be challenging to find vendors and collaborators who openly support marginalized communities. It’s been said that SILENCE = DEATH, so I try to be vocal about my advocacy, if only as a way to let people know what they’re getting when they reach out to me. I want my clients (and potential clients) to know where I stand and to know that they can trust me when they put in an inquiry. My hope is that my business and my person can be a safe space for everyone.

As a member of the LGBTQ & neurodivergent communities, I am very passionate about serving minorities accessibly and equitably. I’m lucky enough to be at a point in my career where I can prioritize reduced rates and sliding scale pricing for those who need it, and I recognize the privilege in that.

Even though I’m not perfect, and I will inevitably make mistakes, I am dedicated to my continuous education. I’m forever a work in progress, but know that I am doing my best, and if there’s any way I can be better, I’m always open to critiques. The least I can do is show up and try to use my voice and my business for good.

The bottom line is this: you are loved. You deserve to be seen and heard and happy. And my hope is that I can be someone you can trust.
